The Role
The Studio Assistant is a supportive role for the studios' daily operations, ensuring that we run effectively and efficiently with an emphasis on attention to detail and organization. The person who enters this role should be a team player and willing to wear many hats.
We are looking for someone who can work part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, reimbursements and expenses
- Create domestic and international travel budgets for the team
- Ensure paperwork needed for travel is completed and submitted
- Obtain COIs
- Assist in planning and coordinating events
- Help prepare and sort shipments and inventory items
- Help manage subscriptions
- Monitor, replenish, and organize snacks, beverages, cleaning supplies, and administrative supplies
- Clean and maintain conference rooms, shared spaces and appliances
- Provide support in meeting setup and breakdown
- Offer daily observation reports to the Studio Manager, enhancing overall environment quality
